What We Offer

We pride ourselves with professionalism and attention to detail. On The Spot backs all work done with a 12 month warranty. If there ever is a problem with a repair or service:

• On The Spot technicians will be sent out as soon as possible
• If parts are faulty, they will be exchanged for a new one as part of warranty.
• Our technicians have a solution-focused attitude to any warranty call.

What exactly does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers:

• All parts and fluids supplied, installed or serviced by On The Spot technicians.
• All labour performed by On The Spot technicians.
• And, we must be given first chance of repair.
